Ours is a story that comes from tradition:

Vetreria Rondina was founded in 1967 by Silvio Rondina, and still bears his surname and his signature as a logo. Silvio and his wife Anna Nicola Adelaide worked side by side with great dedication, transmitting to their children the passion for this work.

Our history originates from artisan tradition and has evolved step by step, thanks to people who have believed in a project that today leads us to be an international reference point in the processing of Glass and Ceramics plates.

50 Years of Rondina:

In these 50 years Rondina has always maintained Italian roots, based in the Marche region, near the beautiful city of Urbino which in the Renaissance was considered the "Ideal City".

PESARO URBINO

Rondina has always been synonymous with tradition, so we want to show you our Italian side, talking about Pesaro Urbino, a province located in the Marche Region, where we have our two production sites.

On this page we sponsor the history and culture of our territory that have given us the incentive to carry out a work of excellence and passion for over 50 years.

LA CITTA' IDEAL

 (THE IDEAL CITY)

The Ideal City is a tempera painting on wood (67.5x239.5 cm) by an unknown artist, datable between 1470 and 1490 and preserved in the National Gallery of the Marche in Urbino.

The work, one of the symbolic images of the Italian Renaissance, saw the light in the refined Urbino court of Federico da Montefeltro and was alternately attributed to many of the artists who gravitated around it: among the names proposed there are Piero della Francesca, Luciano Laurana, Francesco di Giorgio Martini.
